PURCHASING:

• Prices on this site are non-negotiable and shipped unframed.
• However, you may choose to purchase these works from my gallery to arrive at terms more suitable to your circumstances if you desire to work through my representative.
• If a work does not appear here it may be available through my representative. Use the Studio’s contact page to inquire or visit ARTSY for drawings offered through Koplin Del Rio.
• All purchases are final. Shipping and handling is added on to the purchase price during checkout. No international purchasing is allowed through this store; however, international collectors may contact the me or Koplin Del Rio  to acquire work.
• Purchase price is for drawings unframed. Shipping and insurance costs are for shipment within the continental United States only. Large drawings are shipped rolled in crates. The expense of crating, delivery and insurance is covered in full by the Buyer and is considered part of full payment. Framing is the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipment will occur only after Paypal releases funds to Artist.
• Once marked as "delivered" by carrier tracking, we are no longer responsible for the package. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes so please be sure to provide your full delivery address and contact phone number.

OTHER INFORMATION

• RISK OF LOSS AND INSURANCE: The risk of loss or damage to the Work and provision of any insurance to cover such loss or damage shall rest upon the Buyer from the time of purchase. Unless Insurance provider takes possession of damaged work, the drawing is to be returned to Artist.
• COPYRIGHT AND REPRODUCTION: The Artist reserves all reproduction rights, including the right to claim statutory copyright, in the Work. The Work may not be photographed, sketched, painted, or reproduced in any manner whatsoever in commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Artist. All approved reproductions shall bear the following copyright notice: © David Bailin | Bailin Studio.
• AI POLICY: Any use of this publication to train generative artificial intelligence ("AI") technologies is expressly prohibited. David Bailin and Bailin Studio reserve all rights to license uses of this work for generative AI training and development of machine learning language models.
